Hi, I'm Jolene ~ the creator behind the brand. I’ve had the privilege of working in the nail and beauty industry for over 20 years, turning my passion into a career I genuinely love. Throughout my journey, I've continued to learn, grow, and refine my craft, with every experience deepening my love for acrylics, gel, nail art and of course anything that sparkles.

I started My Nail LAB as a way to share that passion with others. There's nothing more rewarding than helping fellow nail techs feel inspired, build confidence, and create beautiful sets they're proud of.

When I'm creating new colours, teaching techniques, or working behind the nail desk, my goal is always the same - to inspire creativity, encourage confidence, and remind people that nails are more than a service; they're a form of self-expression.

Based in Mandurah, Western Australia, just one hour south of Perth.

While we don't have a showroom, local order collection is available by appointment. Simply select "Collect in Person"at checkout, and I'll be in touch with collection details once your order is ready.

Once your order has been placed, please allow approximately 3 days for processing before it is dispatched.

All Australian orders are sent via Express Post for a flat rate of $15. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods and are subject to delays with Australia Post, which are unfortunately outside of my control.

To help reduce waste, larger orders may be packed using a mix of recycled or mixed-brand packaging.

Local Pick-Up - You're welcome to collect your order free of charge. Simply select "Collect in Person" at checkout.

International Orders - If you're located outside Australia, please send me a message before placing your order so I can provide you with a personalised postage quote.

If you require a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for any products you've purchased, simply send us an email and we'll be happy to provide it.
